Continuous improvement on locked project dirs. One release every six hours. Public homes stay under /projects/<project>/. Disk repos are not moved for URL scheme.

Cadence

Every 6 hours = one release. Fire at 6 AM, 12 PM, 6 PM, and 10 PM PT. Blackout 12:00–6:00 AM PT — no release cycle during those hours.

Seven steps (each release)

  1. Research / council — Claude Code + Software manager. Improvements, latest tech, competitor features. Keep or skip each idea.
  2. Decide — only necessary / good changes ship. Skip the rest.
  3. Build — in locked project directories only. Claim LOCKS in CoS progress.md first.
  4. QA — scope then functional (SOP-QA). Author is not the reviewer.
  5. Auto deploy Level 1 — webapp + iPhone-on-web at https://apex.socialtokens.site/projects/$projectname/ (siblings /webapp and /iphone).
  6. Rate — score the release 1–10. Store in CoS progress.md RELEASE-SCORES and that project’s logs. The next release for that project must beat the last score.
  7. CoS → Barry — each release, ask: continue improvements? Show the rating.

Ship doors

Everyday proof is the two Level 1 pages Barry can open on iPhone — not Xcode, not TestFlight unless he said yes that time.

Old /software/… paths redirect or alias. Never Fuller. No TestFlight / App Store / outreach send without Barry’s yes that time.

HARD (Barry 2026-09-18): Level 1 is continuous; TestFlight/App Store/Play Store cost money and require Barry’s that-time yes for the named app only. No fan-out: Trackmint yes does not authorize Freshstart, Voice, Yoga, or VA-app. Quote the yes, or write “not asked — not sent to TestFlight”.

Who runs it

CoS routes. Software manager (and Claude Code Sonnet) research, decide, build, QA, deploy Level 1, and write scores. CoS asks Barry at the end of each cycle.
