What the class-library apps have — and what we won't copy

selfLove.Yoga is a companion to a real school, not a subscription class library. The win is that school checkout stays on selflove.yoga (no Apple 30%). These notes track what rivals do so we can take the useful parts and skip the rest.

SKIPPaid class library as IAP — Alo/Glo/Peloton model. Apple takes 30%. School revenue stays on selflove.yoga. No in-app subscription to a class library.
SKIPLeaderboard / social competition — Peloton mechanic. Teacher training is personal, not a race. Wrong tone for the selfLove brand.
SKIPHD video library — Insight Timer / Alo model. Bandwidth cost scales badly. Timed cues + line drawings work for Phase 1. Video is a later add if school funds it.
