Build dashboard

What the fleet is actually doing, measured by the build gate rather than claimed in a file. This page refreshes itself — you should not have to ask anyone for progress.

Priority apps

The five Barry set. These come before the portfolio sweep.

Recent work

Every code change carries a Trackmint ticket. No ticket, no commit.

Trackmint

The issue and time tracker the whole Apex fleet runs on — our own product, used on our own work. Every ticket referenced on this page lives there.

Open the Trackmint board →

One warning worth keeping in mind: Trackmint rewrites its whole workspace document every 800 ms and re-reads it every 60 seconds. Leaving the board open in a tab can silently overwrite an agent's write within a minute. Close it when the fleet is working.

Fresh Start — try it

The debt triage tool, running live in the browser. No account, no install: the whole flow works end to end, and nothing you type is saved.

Open the Fresh Start web app →  ·  Build status & issues →

Same build as the phone app — it is the identical React Native codebase exported for web, so what you see here is what ships to the device, not a mock-up of it. The status page carries the same figures as the email reports (issues open and closed, council rating, release notes), generated from Trackmint and the git log rather than typed by hand.

The portfolio

All projects, newest change first. Status is the build gate's verdict, not the project's own STATUS.md.
